Indawo Entertainment Village

Out the Box Productions have been contracted by Warwick Hospitality to design the artistic programme as well as procure and manage all artists for the Indawo Entertainment Village.

The FIFA-sanctioned Indawo Commercial Public Viewing Area is a public and corporate hospitality village, which will host top South African musical talent and give football fans the opportunity to watch the biggest games of the tournament on a 40 square-metre screen, in a safe and festive atmosphere.

The first area of it’s kind in the country, Indawo will be the go-to viewing area for corporate and public football fans, with 2 levels of top-class hospitality available for each match and a capacity of over 10 000 fans.

Those seeking the VIP experience can watch the games and entertainment in heated, access controlled luxury marquees with plasma screens, lounge areas, restaurant-style dining and easy-access bar facilities.

Supporters can expect to watch the football on the enormous outdoor screen, access to the Entertainment Village, complimentary wine and malt bars and complimentary food stalls.

St Stithians College, centrally located in Randburg and close to the hotel hubs in Sandton and Rosebank and will have parking on-site for up to 8 500 vehicles.

Warwick’s Gareth Nel believes that the entertainment lineup on offer at Indawo is the finest in South Africa. “We’ve pulled out all the stops to ensure that the artists performing at Indawo do justice to the feast of football on offer,” he says. “It’s unheard-of to host so many of the country’s top musical acts on one stage in such a short period and we’re sure that fans will be drawn as much by the bands as they will by the football and hospitality on offer.”
