OTB's core business consists of three interlinked interests: Event Production, Event Management and Artist Agency.
No two events are, nor will ever be, the same at Out the Box Productions. Regardless of event type – public space, indoor, corporate hospitality or conference – we excel at maximising creativity and quality within client budget and brief.
Over the years, OTB has successfully produced and managed two Presidential Inaugurations and several national commemoration celebrations. Our portfolio of large-scale music productions includes the 12th MTN South African Music Awards, the Standard Bank Joy of Jazz Festival, the Cape Town Festive Lights Switch On events and the Mogale Arts Festival 2011. OTB’s Artist Agency leverages these relationships, and provides a full range of artist booking services to events of any scale.
Producing events for a few Grammy-award winning musicians, international and local heads of state, a Nobel prize winner, your local mayor and a few thousand music fans is all in a day’s work at OTB. We take pride in the diversity of our event production portfolio, extensive supplier database and solid working relationships with suppliers and talent across the market.
